WHO I AM  &
WHAT I DO

•  I am an integrative healer with an alternative holistic approach, dedicated to helping people with physical and non-physical issues. Sometimes that is just helping with the first step of awareness of what the issue really is for you or why it's there, and often it is also playing a role in the healing process.

•  I believe the way out of our pain and problems is to find and address the source of the imbalance, restriction, or limiting belief. Through overcoming different health issues in my own life, I've experienced the profound difference that this makes, so I apply it to my work as well.

•  I believe the path to healing is to find our way back to Nature, the natural state of our body and our natural posture, where all of our muscles and organs can feel and function as they're intended, leading us to optimal health.

•  I believe it's my duty to listen to what your body is communicating to me about what it needs during our sessions and to respond accordingly.

About: About

Consider caring for your body  [ your physical "vehicle"] as you would your car. Consider the importance of your vehicle being in alignment: all 4 tires being the same size and precisely in the right position or posture. What happens now if it's discovered that one wheel or element is out of place? Without questioning, we take it to a professional to have it fixed  [treating the issue at its root ] because we know the stress and harm of operating a vehicle that's set up to fail and continue to break down.

While the two are not identical, because our bodies have Consciousness unlike cars, there are definite comparisons, and I find value in contrasting how we treat one versus the other. Often this can be the case within massage therapy (and some of the medical field) and how we treat issues with the physical body.

Many times, problems are not resolved, even after trying every medication or every therapy. By making the simple switch to focus on finding and resolving the root, that which is causing the symptoms, can make all the difference! "For the weed can no longer grow, when taken out by the root."
